(referred to as "Xin'an Water"), is a comprehensive high-tech enterprise under Wangneng Environment, specializing in wastewater process design, investment and construction, commissioning and operation, and providing technical consulting services. It undertakes investment and construction, commissioning services, and entrusted operation of industrial wastewater treatment, domestic sewage treatment, landfill leachate treatment, kitchen waste biogas slurry treatment, and reclaimed water reuse projects.

Currently, it has undertaken 20 landfill incineration power plant leachate entrusted operation projects, 6 kitchen waste biogas slurry entrusted operation projects, and multiple landfill leachate entrusted operation projects and other entrusted wastewater treatment projects nationwide.

Landfill Leachate Treatment
Landfill leachate treatment addresses leachate originating from the moisture inherent in the waste within landfills, organic matter decomposition water, rainwater and snowmelt entering the landfill, and other moisture sources. Conventional treatment methods include biochemical methods, membrane methods, and Du Sheng ion exchange methods.
Municipal Wastewater Treatment
Municipal wastewater treatment involves greywater, a water source characterized by significant variations in water quality, making it exceptionally challenging to treat. The concentrations of total dissolved solids, COD, BOD, total silicon, ammonia, and various other pollutants fluctuate frequently. Furthermore, the presence of high concentrations of organic matter and microorganisms in the untreated wastewater necessitates that any product designed for greywater treatment must be able to tolerate this variability and the high concentrations of organic matter and active organisms.
Industrial Wastewater Treatment
Industrial wastewater, including production wastewater and production sewage, refers to wastewater and waste liquid generated during industrial production processes, containing industrial production materials, intermediate products, by-products, and pollutants lost with the water flow.
Kitchen Waste Digestate Treatment
The efficient treatment of kitchen waste digestate is of great significance for the harmlessness and resource utilization of kitchen waste. Generally, certain technologies are first used to separate oil and grease from the wastewater. The separated oil and grease are utilized for resource recovery, and the degreased wastewater is treated to meet standards before being discharged into the municipal pipe network.
